
TF 12 Week meal plans are available now, using your personal health status and activity level, each plan is designed to fit you. After taking your information, I calculate your macros and daily calorie count to build your personal program. It includes a full 12 week work out plan, therefore TonchFit Programs are broken down into three phases, following up every four weeks to keep track of your progress.
Pre -Phase - Week 1-2 Foundation - Is designed to adjust your body to intake and adjust to your new daily calorie count.
Phase One - Week 1-4 Resistance - It concentrates in your ability to follow a meal plan routine and introduce a 4 day work out program to follow along.
Phase Two - Week 5-8 Consistency - You will continue to follow your meal plan and start a full 6 day work out program.
Phase Three - Week 9-12 Discipline - By now we will meet and review your achievements and adjust your diet according to your progress. Your 6 day workouts will continue with a slight adjustment. You will do more weight and less reps.
